change and can rise above their past behavior. However, the father failed to prove that he is able to change. He has not met the goals outlined in his service plan; that is, he did not successfully complete a treatment program and he has not maintained a stable home. He has failed to adjust his circumstances to meet the needs of his child. See § 26-18-7(b)(4). Therefore, we affirm the termination of the father's parental rights.
AFFIRMED.
