Jury Found Client Not Guilty

I represented Mr. Ray Leonard Jr. who was charged with DUI, Speeding and Weaving. We jury tried the case and Mr. Leonard was found not guilty of all three charges. While preparing for trial it came to our attention that the officer had taken Mr. Leonard off camera during his field sobriety tests and I was able to find another case where the same officer had taken another person off camera during their field sobriety test. Having these tape were invaluable to my case in that the jury told me after the trial that the tapes gave them reasonable doubt that Mr. Leonard was not guilty of DUI.
