Client is involved in a one vehicle accident.  Police on scene smell odor of intoxicants and burnt marijuana.  Police escort client to hospital to submit to blood draw.  Although client had a legal amount of alcohol in his system, blood test reveals a presence THC.  Client is charged with OWI Causing Injury under Wisconsin's new "zero tolerance" marijuana law.
