Mark W. Garka is an attorney in the State of Washington, limiting his practice to DUI defense.

Mark Garka is qualified to perform Standardized Field Sobriety Tests (SFTS) according to NHTSA standards and to evaluate and office’s opinion as to sobriety. In addition, Mark Garka has been qualified as an SFST instructor by NHST and International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP).

Mark is a member of the National College for DUI Defense and the Washington State Bar. Mark Garka holds a B.A. degree from the University of Washington and J.D. degree from the Seattle University School of Law. He served as a law clerk to the Honorable Larry McKeeman of the Snohomish County Superior Court. He is dedicated to researching the latest cases and articles pertaining to the subject of Drunk Driving Defense.
