Attorney Ernest L. Chang, will provide competent legal advice and zealous representation in handling your case.

Mr. Chang was born in Kingston, Jamaica in 1963.      He received his B.A. degree from the University of Florida in 1986, and received his Juris Doctor Degree from Nova University law School in Ft. Lauderdale,  Florida in 1990.    He began his legal career as a certified legal intern prosecuting felony cases in the Dade County State Attorney's Office in Miami,  Florida.    Next he spent several years as an Assistant Public Defender in Brevard County, Florida.    Beginning in 1995, Mr. Chang opened his own private practice where he has concentrated exclusively in the area of Criminal Defense.    Since that time, he has represented thousands of clients charged with misdemeanor and felony criminal offenses in both State and Federal Courts.   Mr. Chang has extensive trial experience having represented clients in well over a hundred jury trials, including several Capital Murder cases where the State did seek the Death Penalty.    In 2006, Mr. Chang relocated his family and his practice to the State of Pennsylvania.     Mr. Chang is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Berks County Bar Association, and The Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
