What is D.U.I.and drunk driving ? D.U.I. is an abbreviation for "Driving Under the Influence." A person is guilty of the offense if such person is driving or in actual physical control of a vehiclewithin the state and the person is under the influence of alcoholic beverages or any chemicalor controlled substance set forth under the applicable statutes when affected to the extent that his or her normal faculties are impaired or when the person has a blood alcohol level of 0.08% or higher. "Drunk Driving"is a common misnomer for the crime of driving under the influence . While all individuals who drive while drunk are D.U.I., you do not need to be drunk to be considered under the influence.

During this time, Mr. Frankel has been a trial attorney representing clients throughout Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade counties who have been charged with various crimes including DUI, Drug and Narcotic Possession and other Misdemeanor and Felony offenses.
Adam Frankel first started his legal career serving as an Assistant Public Defender in and for Palm Beach County. There he represented indigent individuals accused of criminal acts in Palm Beach County, Florida that were not able to afford an attorney in an office that handles more than 50,000 cases a year.
