I have extensive experience in criminal defense law, drunk driving defense, traffic matters, taking criminal matters to verdict before a jury, post-conviction habeas corpus cases in both state and federal court, and have presented appeals to the Nevada Supreme Court, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and United States Supreme Court. I have represented more than seventy-five criminal post-trial petitioners, ranging from state post-conviction to federal habeas corpus practice. My trial and hearing experience consists of simple misdemeanor and juvenile actions to first degree murder trials and death row practice. I have been selected by both federal and state judges for appointment to represent indigent criminal defendants, including many high profile and complex matters.
