Investigation

The difference many times between getting cases thrown out or not is through investigation. My investigator takes pictures of the crime scene and conducts background investigations on the witnesses, cops, etc. Also, my investigator pulls the internal affairs of the officers to see if they've had complaints in the past. If you do end up taking a plea, you can rest assured that no stone was left unturned and there was no legal technicality on which you could get off.
