Earl D. Musick has been a licensed attorney in Texas since 1999 and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. Earl holds a law degree from South Texas College of Law and a bachelors degree in criminal justice from the University of Houston .

Earl Musick is a former Harris County Prosecutor and retired Houston Police Lieutenant. As a prosecutor, Earl served in county courts, juvenile courts, and district courts as a trial lawyer, handling many criminal and juvenile trials with excellent success. Throughout his career, Earl has seen and worked criminal cases from every aspect: investigation, prosecution, and defense. It is this tremendous amount of experience that he brings to your defense team.
