Dale S. Gribow has been a practicing attorney for over 30 years with full service firms, initially in Beverly Hills and now in Palm Desert. He graduated from The University of Southern California (USC) and Loyola University School of Law with postgraduate classes at USC and UCLA Law Schools.

While practicing in Los Angeles, Dale was a legal talk show host, legal analyst and columnist all of which led to the cities of Los Angeles and Beverly Hills declaring "Dale Gribow" day four times. Gribow has served on the boards of more than 40 charitable organizations and has been President, Vice President, or Chairman of 20. Additionally, Gribow is prominently featured in over 20 Who's Who lists nationwide.

In the greater Palm Springs area Gribow has been a board member of the local Rotary chapter, has served as the President of the Institute for Critical Care Medicine 911+, the President of the Children's Discovery Museum/Discovery Partners as well as numerous civic committees for the City of Palm Desert. Last year Gribow was named 2002-2003 Businessman of the Year by the Palm Desert Chamber of Commerce, and appointed to the Board of Advisors for Canyon National Bank in Palm Springs. Most recently the National Republican Congressional Committee's Business Advisory Council named Gribow Businessman of the Year for 2003. Gribow has been Man of the Year six times. This year Gribow was appointed to head a new three-member tribal relations board for the Agua Caliente band of Cahuilla Indians.
