Werking Law

Rob Werking is a former prosecutor and legal advisor to the Aurora Police Department.  During his fifteen years of governmental practice, he tried hundreds of jury and bench trials in the district, county and municipal courts.  Mr. Werking taught courses in search and seizure, criminal procedure, evidence and Constitutional Law to law enforcement personnel.

Rob Werking / Werking Law focuses primarily on the defense of the accused in all criminal courts, including but not limited to the Arapahoe District and Arapahoe County Courts, Denver District and Denver County Courts, the Douglas County District and Douglas County Courts and the Aurora and Denver Municipal Courts. 

Rob Werking handles all felonies, misdemeanors, municipal ordinance violations, traffic, DUI / DWAI, and all drug offenses.  Because of his extensive search and seizure work within the police department and his background in chemistry and biology, Mr. Werking is exceptionally prepared to handle all drug type cases including possession of cocaine,methamphetamine, MDMA and cannabis.
