Attorney.  Shawn Dominy represents clients charged with traffic offenses and criminal offenses.  Mr. Dominy has represented hundreds of clients in courts around Central Ohio.  His cases range from speeding tickets to murder charges, and a significant focus of his practice is representing clients charged with O.V.I.  He is a member of the National College for DUI Defense.  He is an experienced litigator with much trial experience, and he is in the courtroom on a daily basis.

Goals.  Mr. Dominy's primary goals are to achieve the best possible outcome for his client's in every case, to ensure that his clients are treated fairly in the court system, and to relieve the anxiety clients experience when charged with traffic offenses and criminal ofefnses.

Location. Mr. Dominy's office is conveniently located near the intersection of Interstate 270 and High Street.  The office's proximity to Interstate 270 makes it easily accessed from all areas of Central Ohio.

Fees.  In most cases, clients are charged flat fees, however clients are also given the option of hourly billing.  With either billing method, a retainer is paid before representation begins.
