Our founder and principal, Daniel W. Mitnick, recognized the wide range of legal talent available in the Atlanta area. He also saw that the traditional law firm structure often inhibited these attorneys from performing to the highest standards. Mr. Mitnick organized the firm in such a way as to harness these resources, while still retaining the flexibility needed to provide a personalized solution for every client.

Daniel Mitnick is proud to serve his community and his profession. He is the chair of the Advisory Committee for the Criminal Justice Program for the Fulton County High Schools. He was on the faculty of the John Marshall Law School and was the attorney coach of the Centennial High mock trial team.
